Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 72 working hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 14 days, we will contact you by E-Mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

2.Prices, VAT and Carriage

The price shown for the goods excludes carriage and packing. We ship to UK, Channel Islands, EU, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Japan, Switzerland and Norway only, unless by agreement. We use Royal Mail and Royal Mail International. All other destinations or those requiring non Royal Mail delivery are subject to agreement on destination and delivery charges.

The carriage and packing charge for shipments is variable and dependent upon order weight. This charge is shown in the Checkout once you have entered delivery details and before you are asked to confirm the order.

For delivery outside the countries shown individual carriage costs will apply. Please contact us for details.

The price you pay will include VAT at 15%. For deliveries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price of the goods but not postage.

Delivery to non-European Union countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

3. Cancellation of Order

Orders may be cancelled prior to despatch via E-Mail to enquiries@newroomsonline.co.uk

For UK deliveries only, if, after delivery, a purchase is unsuitable for any reason an order may still be cancelled within seven (7) working days after receipt of the goods. Notice of cancellation should be sent to enquiries@newroomsonline.co.uk

For UK deliveries only, if you return the Goods to us, at your expense, within 21 days from the purchase date of such Goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will refund you the cost of the goods but not carriage. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Please note that terms relating to "perfect condition" and "original packaging" will be strictly enforced.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us. Goods must be returned to NewRoomsOnline, 1 Greenway, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire, PR2 9TJ.

Information on how to cancel and the Cancellation Form will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

4. Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

5. Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

7. Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

8. Consumer rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
